§ 13-99. Street work

Latest version.

(a) The director of public works may post temporary signs reading "No Parking—Street Work" along any street which he intends to sweep, clear or work within the succeeding twenty-four (24) hours. The director shall post every street that he intends to work with said signs prior to 4:00 p.m. of the preceding day.

(b) All vehicles shall be removed before 7:00 a.m. of the day the street is to be worked.
