Article II. Manufactured Homes |
§ 17-25. Standards; permitted placement
The establishment, location and use of manufactured homes as permanent residences approved individually, by specific materials, or by design, shall be permitted in accordance with this article, subject to requirements and limitations applying generally to such residential use in the district, and provided such homes shall meet the following requirements and limitations:
(1) The dwelling shall meet the appropriate exterior appearance standards as hereinafter set forth in section 17-26
(2) The dwelling shall be located so as not to be totally precluded in a district where permanent residences are permitted on lots as set out in the schedule of uses as defined in the zoning ordinance of the town; and
(3) The dwelling shall receive all required permits and conform with the zoning ordinance and all other ordinances of the town.
